Mentor-Protege Program
The Interagency Guiding Protégés to Success (IGPS) Program is a sustainability and capacity building partnership of METRO, the City of Houston, Port of Houston Authority, and the Houston Independent School District. Our mission is to foster long term relationships between mentors and protégés, by providing professional guidance and support to facilitate business growth and development. This assistance will provide small businesses access to greater resources and support for expanded business operations, technical capabilities and guidance in developing strategies to strengthen its business.
